How to use Adobe Acrobat Bookmarks
      On the left side of the screen is a document index
            -     Click on an index item to move to that page
            -     If there is a  + next to an index item: Click on the + to open a list of schools
                  (click on a school name to move to that page)

How to print from Adobe Acrobat
      To print the entire document:
            Click on the Printer Icon on the Toolbar
            Print Range must be set to All
            Click OK

      To print a single page:
            If you used a Bookmark to get to the page you wish to print:
                  Click on the Printer Icon on the Toolbar
                  Click on the Current page button under Print Range
                  Click OK

            If you scrolled to the page you wish to print:
                  Click on the page you want to print before clicking on the Printer Icon
                  Click on the Current page button under Print Range
                  Click OK
